To me, the message doesn't look very bullish there (although that's normal for NAVB options).  Equal bets that the share price next January is somewhere in the $3.90 neighborhood, on one hand, or the $5.40 neighborhood on the other hand.  You can scarcely sell a $7 call to save your soul, and I know, because I've tried.  I've been able to sell very few, and those only in the 10¢ and 15¢ neighborhood.  This isn't some kind of criticism of the underlying stock; it's just taking note of the fact that the call options market here has been pretty moribund most of the time.  I wish it would pick up!
