No idea yet. As you mentioned, the last figure we heard was $25-$30 million for Phase III. Phase II trials are normally smaller and less costly.
However, we're in unknown territory here, since RIGS has already completed Phase II and III. The new Phase II requirement is the result of the switch to the humanized version of the antibody. Will FDA require a typical Phase II... or one smaller or larger than normal? We just don't know.
If it's larger than normal, then Navidea may have to pull in a partner sooner than desired, and probably give up more of the RIGS pie to do so.
On the last CC Dr. Pykett hinted that they would have an update for NAV4694 and RIGS soon. We got the 4694 update yesterday. I expect the RIGS update will come soon...
