Re: PHM-TSX This is a comment from a knowledgeable investor:The two main principles had 13M shares collectively. They traded 5M to LDIC for shares in their healthcare fund leaving them with 8M. They now own 4M so they sold 4M, part of which probably covered the tax on the gain for the shares they traded. So, they sold thirty percent of their shares. Why they did this without appropriate communication to the market is puzzling but the company is slated to jump to the TSX and has lots of cash and growing revenues and, now, two experienced managers who own 20M shares - a fact not mentioned in the article. Not exactly a disaster here and it remains to be seen whether buying this company at a dollar will pay off. I'm in and betting once this understandable furor blows over, the company will prosper. Hopefully, the company will hire a new PR firm The two main principles had 13M shares collectively. They traded 5M to LDIC for shares in their healthcare fund leaving them with 8M.
