Brien Lundin, in the July, 2012, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says buy Stratton Resources Inc., recently 20 cents. Mr. Lundin first said buy in November, 2011, at 56 cents. A $1,000 investment at 56 cents is now worth $357. Stratton has released a resource estimate for its MAC project's Camp zone (British Columbia). It says Camp has an indicated and inferred resource of 1.4 billion pounds of copper equivalent (made up of copper and molybdenum). Based on 20,000 metres of drilling at Camp, Stratton estimates the zone has 70 million indicated tonnes at 0.063 per cent moly and 0.1 per cent copper, and 177 million inferred tonnes at 0.042 per cent moly and 0.05 per cent copper. Mr. Lundin says Stratton could build a near-surface starter pit at a high-grade area on MAC to generate near-term cash flow. For the rest of 2012, Stratton plans to identify more new targets at MAC and to continue drilling at Camp, in hopes of upgrading the inferred resources into the indicated category. Mr. Lundin has confidence in Stratton's management, which includes director Shawn Wallace. The gold bug says it is important for junior explorers to have management that can choose the right projects and raise money without much dilution.
