Novagold being sued in New York Courts? This is a huge favorable development!!

This is a huge development.  Novagold (TSX:NG) is a Canadian Mining company that trades on the Toronto Exchange.   They are being sued in  class action lawsuit filed in United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  That court is where most cases involving companies with SEC oversight are litigated.

This is an excellent precedent for the CRSA!  The Southern District of New York is the number #1 court where the CRSA would prefer to file (IF they ever decided to litigate).

CRSA members are well aware that Canadian Courts have a history of being ineffective, and TSX Regulators have a long history of doing nothing about anything.  We have always known that.

Now that we see a precedent for filing in New York Court, the odds (of forcing real change) start leaning sharply in our favor.

Our “list” is very long:  For example, pay attention to the point I made in my previous post... We are suspicious that the 2006 Copper Rand Technical Report was “ordered to be prepared” in a manner that omitted relevant data on Gold Resources.  That report was a supporting exhibit to a Prospectus that I am certain was filed with the SEC.

I will repeat this:  The CRSA would most likely “back down and go away” when we see Campbell Resources being operated in accordance with the known Operating Plans.   (For example, the 1997 Copper Rand Feasibility Study, which was published and filed in Sedar, but only shown to a limited group of Institutional Investors).

Where do we see any mention of this Feasibility Study, in any data from the current incarnation of Campbell Resources (MSV is now a subsidiary)?

A 17% investment return, when the copper price was around $1.00, and the gold price was around $375?    And a 10 year mine life?   Give me a fuc_king break!
