First the bad news: Dilution

Good News:
This is starting to look like a real corporation. The addition of someone with this skill-set tells me that there are significant events still to happen and they needed someone who knows the ropes to get them the best possible deals. Helps too, to convince money sources that this is a company to pay attention to.
As for the cost its big, but probably needed to get someone with this background to take the position.
Forgive me if I am starting to sound like a Republican. Also please forgive the dangling participle above.
