I have noticed some of the value gurus have tabbed Japan stocks as the most attractively valued, particularly in terms of price to book. I leisurely scanned the Japanese ADRs a few months back but was unable to find much of interest. I imagine that some net/nets exist in the smaller arena, Montier reported in 2009 that the majority of net/nets worldwide were Japanese equities. So it is likely that some of them are still available, identifying them is another story.
