Tullow making exploratory moves... this concession is right up tullow's ally....they got the infrastructure and experience in the region wouldnt be surprised to see Guinea turn from grey to red in 2013, closing the gap on the Tullow map below http://www.tullowoil.com/files/pdf/results/2011_full_year_results_presentation.pdf
